Daily pic #76: Lizzy

Our Yorkie Lizzy has passed away.

She was a kind and cheerful character with a strange affection for licking inanimate objects. Unlike some other Yorkies we know, she never barked at people or animals and never hurt a single soul. We loved her dearly.

Lizzy came to us 4 years ago, when my wife picked her from a shelter, after she was found on a street near death from starvation and neglect, discarded by the previous owners. I hope she had fun staying with us.

Rest in peace dear Lizzy, we will always remember you.
